State secret includes:1) military information:about the content of strategic and operative plans, tactical control documents regarding preparation and execution of operations, strategic, operative and mobilization deployment of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other military forces, units and bodies, provided by the Federal Law "On Defense ", about their military battle readiness, about creation and use of mobilization resources;about plans of creation of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other forces of the Russian Federation, about development direction of weaponry and military equipment, about content and results of execution of target programs, scientific and research and engineering efforts aimed at creation and modernization of samples of weaponry and military equipment;about development, technology, manufacturing, volumes of production, storage, disposal of nuclear ammunition, their parts, fissionable nuclear materials used in nuclear weapons, about technical means and/or methods of protection of nuclear ammunition against unauthorized use, and about energy and specific physical units of military purpose;about tactical and technical specifications and capabilities of implementation of weaponry and military equipment samples, about properties, recipes or production technologies of new types of missile fuel or explosives of military purpose;about stationing, purpose, extent of readiness, security of secure facilities, about designing, construction, use and allocation of lands, resources and water areas for such facilities;about stationing, actual names, organizational structure, armament, field strength and condition of combat support of forces, and about military and political and/or operative situation;2) information regarding economy, science and technology:about contents of plans for preparation of the Russian Federation and its individual regions for potential military actions, about mobilization capacity of industry manufacturing armament and military equipment, about volumes of production, deliveries, stocks of strategic types of raw materials and resources, and about location, actual extent and use of state stockpiles;about use of infrastructure of the Russian Federation for the purpose of provision of defense and security of state;about forces and means of civil defense, about location, purpose and extent of security of administrative control facilities, about the level of security of population, about functioning of transport and communication within the Russian Federation for the purpose of provision of state defense;about the amounts, plans (assignments) of state defense order, about issue and delivery (in monetary terms and in kind) of weaponry, military equipment and other defense products, about availability and increase of their output, about relations of organization in cooperation, about developers or manufacturers of the said weaponry, military equipment and other defense products;about achievements of science and technology, scientific research, engineering, designing efforts and technologies of an important economic and military purpose that influence state security;about deposits of platinum, metals of platinum group, natural diamonds in the State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Russian Federation, Central Bank of the Russian Federation, and about volume of deposits of resources, extraction, production and consumption of strategic resources of the Russian Federation (according to the list determined by the Government of the Russian Federation);3) information regarding foreign policy and economy:about foreign-policy and external economic activities of the Russian Federation, early distribution of which may result in damage of state security;about financial policy with regards to other countries (with the exception of generalized rates of external debts), and about financial or monetary activities, early distribution of which may result in damage of state security;4) information regarding intelligence, counterintelligence and investigative activities:about forces, means, sources, methods, plans and results of intelligence, counterintelligence and investigative activities, and about financing of these activities, if such data reveals the aforementioned information;about people, who cooperate or have cooperated on a confidential basis with bodies performing intelligence , counterintelligence and investigative activities;about organization, forces, means and methods of security enforcement for the state security facilities, and about financing of these activities, if such data reveals the aforementioned information;about the system of presidential, governmental, encrypted, including encoded and classified communication, about cyphers, development, production of cyphers and their provision, about methods and means of analysis of encryption tools and special protection tools, about dedicated information and analytical systems;about methods and means of protection of classified information;about organization and actual condition of state secret protection;about defense of state border of the Russian Federation, exclusive economic zone and continental shelf of the Russian Federation;about expenditures of federal budget related to defense and security support and law enforcement activities within the Russian Federation;about staff training which may reveal events conducted for the purpose of state security support. Governmental authority of the Russian Federation takes necessary measures aimed at protection of children against information, propaganda and agitation that bring harm to their health, moral and spiritual development, including protection against national, class, social intolerance, advertisement of alcohol and tobacco products, propaganda of social, racial, national and religious inequality, and distribution of printed matters, audio and video products promoting violence and cruelty, pornography, abuse of drugs and inhalants, anti-social behavior.For the purpose of support of health, physical, intellectual, moral, and mental security of children by the federal law the laws of constituent entities of the Russian Federation provide for standards of distribution of printed matters, audio and video products or other products that are not recommended for children under 18 years of age in accordance with paragraph 1.Laws of constituent entities of the Russian Federation set forth administrative liability for failure to observe established regulations and standards related to support of physical, intellectual, mental, spiritual and moral development of children and prevention of harm to them. 5.4 Propaganda, agitation, fueling up of social, racial, national or religious hatred and hostility, extremism

Propaganda and agitation that fuel up social, racial, national or religious hatred and hostility are prohibited. Propaganda of social, racial, national, religious or linguistic supremacy is prohibited.Dissemination of information that is aimed at propaganda of war, fueling of national, racial or religious hatred and hostility is prohibited as well as any other information dissemination of which is subject to criminal or administrative liability.
